*DEPOSIT ONLY OPTION: To pay a deposit only, please complete our manual booking order HERE. FIT will connect within 48 business hours to confirm, if possible, your acceptance on the tour and provide an invoice. Your status on the tour with entry is not confirmed until your deposit payment is processed.

**Quantity: Quantity is always 1. To add another full reservation,, i.e. second room, for any tour please complete your first transaction and then begin a new booking for your second transaction.

HOTELS: For 2023, we are offering the choice between the 4-star, newly renovated Mercure Mondiale (management of hotel subject to change in June 2023) or the 3-star, boutique and trendy Moxy Bordeaux. The Mercure Mondiale is closer to the bus transfers to the pasta dinner and post-race walk, wine & dine and in the heart of the Chartrons whereas the Moxy is a 3K walk. Both properties are central Bordeaux.

ROOMS: The Moxy Hotel offers Double Bed Rooms only - applicable for Single (1 person/1 bed) or Double (2 people/1 bed). Twin Bedded rooms (2 people/2 beds) are located only at the Mercure Mondiale.

QUICK BULLET POINTS:

• If you want to join the pre-race dinner on September 1st, you must book that in addition to the program.

• The 4-Night August 31st-September 4th & 3-Night September 1st-4th packages include the post-race 10K walk & wine tasting with lunch. We highly recommend!

• Non-runners pricing is $90 less per non-runner.

• The 2-night package is only recommended if you have been or will be in France for a while. FIT does not recommend arriving on 9/1 as it leaves little room for any travel delay you may encounter before race day.
