The tour begins Monday, April 28th the day after the marathon with an extra night in London. We will depart from London on Tuesday, April 29th and conclude in Edinburgh on either Thursday, May 1st or Friday, May 2nd depending on your package selection.

1. Reservations and Payments: A deposit of $500 per person is due to confirm your space on the Edinburgh extension tour. Once we receive your booking, we will process your reservation and issue your invoice for deposit via email. Deposits are due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice via email. Reservations where deposits have not been received within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled. Final payments are due by December 15th, 2024. Any trip with an outstanding balance 5 days after December 15, 2024 will be automatically cancelled. *

2. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel in the future, the initial $500 per person deposit is non-refundable. The total pricing is non-refundable on or after December 15, 2024. *

3. Airfare/Transfers/Travel: Transit is included from London to Edinburgh for this package. You are responsible for securing your airfare and transfers home from Edinburgh, and procuring any required documents to obtain entry to the country(ies) you are visiting during your travel package. Return airfare to the US or from Edinburgh is not included. *

4. TRAVEL: Reservations are for TRAVEL ONLY to Edinburgh after the London Marathon. This is not a marathon event. Transit is provided from London to Edinburgh - clients must make their own way home from Edinburgh. *

5. Photography/Content: I agree to allow FIT to post pictures, videos, and any content from the travel package and tour experience to their social media pages and website. I understand that during the FIT Edinburgh tour or in related activities, I may be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped. I agree to allow my name, photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns. *

6. I/we confirm that anyone staying at the hotel in the FIT hotel room block is registered as part of our package. If a registered client attempts to house a non-registered guest and/or invites them to attend any FIT scheduled activities, the registered guest’s tour package will be forfeited and parties may be denied access to future tours. FIT packages are exclusive to those booked on the tour. Please note that no exceptions will be made as this policy will be strictly enforced. *

(iii) All clients are responsible for ensuring you meet the requirements for entry. FIT is not responsible for securing, reviewing or confirming any of your documentation required for travel to Edinburgh, Scotland. We are also not responsible for any expenses you may incur as related to COVID-19 or any other reason including but not limited to test requirements, quarantine requirements, and/or extended stays, missed trips & travel costs due to a positive test result or changes in border requirements. It is the responsibility of all individuals to obtain the appropriate tests and documentation required for entry to Edinburgh and as applicable to join the FIT trip *
