All reservations will be made at the Tokyo Edition Toranomon hotel. All travelers staying at the hotel need to be filled out on the reservation form below, i.e. if selecting a Double, or Twin, Traveler 1 AND Traveler 2 information must be filled out below. Package pricing below is the total in USD for the full travel package for the total people attending.

Book me on the Kyoto Extension. The package includes an additional night in Tokyo March 3rd, one night in Hakone March 4th, and bullet train transit on March 5th to Kyoto. Additionally, FIT team guide, local English speaking guide to provide commentary/history and entrances to Kyoto shrines. Pricing is total for the entire stay based on the number of individuals traveling and room type booked. An additional $500 deposit per person will be due at the time of booking. This tour concludes on Saturday, March 8th in Kyoto. This tour does not return to Tokyo.

1. Reservations and Payments: Initial Deposit - A completed booking form together with a non-refundable deposit of $750 per person for the Tokyo Package must be received to confirm your reservation. An additional $500 non-refundable deposit per person is due for the Kyoto Extension. Final Payment - Final payment must be received before December 1st, 20234 Final payments received on or after December 1st, 2024 will be charged a $25.00 late payment fee. Final payments not received within 5 days of December 1st, 2024 will be automatically cancelled.

2. Cancellations: The initial deposit is refundable until July 31, 2024. After July 31, 2024, the deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel in the future, there is a $750 per person cancellation fee for all cancellations from August 1, 2024 to December 1st, 2024. Deposits are per package - i.e. $750 cancel fee for Tokyo and $500 cancel fee for Kyoto if that is a booked extension. No refund will be provided for any cancellations made on or after December 1st, 2024. Changes after December 1st, 2024, are not guaranteed.

3. Airfare/Transfers/Travel: You are responsible for your airfare, transfers, and procuring any required documents to obtain entry to the country(ies) you are visiting during your travel package. Airfare is not included in the package. Transfers to and from the airport are not included.

4. TRAVEL ONLY: Reservations are for TRAVEL ONLY to Tokyo over marathon weekend. ENTRY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE. Individuals looking to partake in the marathon must secure entry on their own. FIT is also not associated with the marathon directly and only provides an operational travel program specializing in operational details for this event weekend.

5. Photography/Content: I agree to allow FIT to post pictures, videos, and any content from the travel package and tour experience to their social media pages and website. I understand that during the FIT Tokyo tour or in related activities, I may be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped. I agree to allow my name, photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns.

6. I/we confirm that anyone staying at the hotel in the FIT hotel room block is registered as part of our package. If a registered client attempts to house a non-registered guest and/or invites them to attend any FIT scheduled activities, the registered guest’s tour package will be forfeited and parties may be denied access to future tours. FIT packages are exclusive to those booked on the tour. Please note that no exceptions will be made as this policy will be strictly enforced.

(iii) All clients are responsible for ensuring you meet the requirements for entry to Japan and the marathon. FIT is not responsible for securing, reviewing or confirming any of your documentation required for travel to Tokyo, Japan. We are also not responsible for any expenses you may incur as related to COVID-19 or any other reason including but not limited to test requirements, quarantine requirements, and/or extended stays, missed trips & travel costs due to a positive test result or changes in border/race entry requirements. It is the responsibility of all individuals to obtain the appropriate tests and documentation required for entry to Japan and as applicable to participate in the event, and to join the FIT trip
