The Dublin Marathon is Sunday, October 27th. FIT Offers a 4-Night package beginning Thursday, October 24th and a 3-Night package beginning Friday, October 25th. Note: Those arriving on Friday are not included in the welcome event, expo visit, shakeout run, or city tour with local guide.

1. Reservations and Payments: Initial Deposit - A completed tour application together with a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person for the Dublin Marathon Package must be received before confirming your reservations. Final Payment - Final payment must be received before June 15, 2024. Final payments received on or after June 15, 2024 will be charged a $25.00 late payment fee. Final payments not received within 5 days of June 15, 2024 will be automatically cancelled.

2. Cancellations: The initial deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel in the future, there is a $500 per person cancellation fee for all cancellations prior to June 15th, 2024. Entry fees are non-refundable at any point. No refund will be provided for any cancellations made on or after June 15th, 2024. Changes after June 15th, 2024, are not guaranteed.

3. Airfare/Transfers/Travel: You are responsible for your airfare, transfers, and procuring any required documents to obtain entry to the country(ies) you are visiting during your travel package. Airfare is not included in the package. Airfare is usually non-refundable, but at the airline discretion, you may be able to use part of the fare for future travel. Transfers to and from the airport are not included.

4. Race Entry: Race entry only to the DUBLIN MARATHON via FIT is not permitted. You must buy a complete tour package to receive race entry.

5. 2024 Dublin Marathon Terms and Conditions: I agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the 2024 Dublin Marathon for participation in the event as clarified on https://irishlifedublinmarathon.ie/ and https://irishlifedublinmarathon.ie/rules-and-regulations/. I understand that FIT is not operating the marathon. That the marathon is operated by Irish Life Dublin Marathon.

6. Photography/Content: I agree to allow FIT to post pictures, videos, and any content from the travel package and tour experience to their social media pages and website. I understand that during the FIT Dublin Marathon tour or in related activities, I may be photographed, filmed, and/or videotaped. I agree to allow my name, photo, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate promotional purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and assigns.
