The 2025 TCS London Marathon is scheduled for April 27th, 2025. Our FIT travel packages operate from Thursday, April 24th through Monday April 28th with an optional extension package to Edinburgh from April 28th-May 2nd.

FIT REGISTRATION DETAILS:

We are excited to announce that FIT is once again an official tour operator for the 2025 TCS London Marathon!!

With our official partnership confirmed, we are ready to open our 2025 London Marathon program. Please read the details below to understand our registration process.

Priority reservations will open on May 6th to our FIT clients and our waitlisted clients that were previously not approved for London 2024. This opportunity will be on a first come, first serve basis from May 6th at 11AM EDT through May 9th.

We will open registration for any remaining spots for FIT London 2025 to all new clients beginning Monday, May 13th at 12N EDT.

FIT London Marathon Package: Package options, inclusions, and pricing will be available on our website shortly. We will post the link to book our program on May 13th at 12N EDT. Entry is only provided along with a full travel package.

All reservations are first come first serve within the registration period you are eligible to book.

A completed reservation form is required per booking along with a deposit. A nonrefundable deposit of $1500 per runner and $500 per non-runner is due at the time of booking to guarantee & confirm the reservation. Reservations that do not have a deposit posted within 24 hours of the confirmation email from FIT will be auto-cancelled and entry space will be allocated to the next reservation.

WAITLIST: If the our program sells out, FIT will open a waitlist. Should we receive any cancellations in the future, we will resource the waitlist. The waitlist is prioritized by past/current clients and then by date you joined the waitlist.

Registration Guidelines & Policies:

Please do not rush and take your time to fill out the registration form correctly.

Forms are received by room with the names of those staying in the room with you.

If forms are filled out incorrectly you will need to resubmit your reservation and you will be accepted based on the time of the accurate form submission.

If you are successful at obtaining entry via FIT for London and later are successful obtaining entry directly via the London Marathon ballot – your travel reservation will remain active. However, we will modify your reservation to the travel only price rather than travel with entry. If at that time you wish to cancel your travel package, standard cancellation penalties apply. Information on our general terms and conditions can be found HERE. Information on terms and conditions specific to our London program will be agreed to on the reservation form.

If you are traveling with a group, please pick a group name for everyone to use in the “NOTES” section.

If you have a special story or circumstance surrounding London 2025 - please briefly notate that in the “NOTES” section.

Entry only is not an option; please do not ask.

We accept reservations only from residents of the United States. If you are a resident of a country that has a representative tour operator on the London Marathon website, we cannot and will not be able to accept your reservation. Kindly do not submit a form. If you submit and form and make payment we will cancel your reservation and refund you less a $300 administration fee.

Please make sure you understand our terms and conditions as well as our cancellation penalties when booking.

We have done our best to provide timelines and registration options that work to help register with FIT for the 2025 London Marathon. Despite our best efforts, we realize we may disappoint some of you. We will continue to work with the London Marathon so we hope to accommodate those that do not obtain entry in 2025, in future years.

The TCS London Marathon is a very popular event. It can be difficult to secure an entry via FIT to this event. As always FIT will do our best to accommodate you. Your best odds at a spot are as a past or current client - while this is not a requirement - FIT has approved 100% of past/current clients on all our London programs.
